Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are handmade with love (and occasional chaos), so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing before your order ships. ff it's a ready-to-ship item, it'll be on its way in 3-5 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as it's sent!
Q: Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes, yes! I love making unique pieces, but custom slots are limited. If you have something special in mind, send me a message and I'll let you know if I can make it happen.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because my items are handmade in small batches, I don't currently accept returns. But if there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery-I'll always do my best to make it right.
Q: Can I request a different size or fit?
For most wearable pieces, yes! If the item listing doesn't already include sizing options, just pop me a message before you order and we can chat about what you need.
